Therefore, we needed to create a platform that allows us to communicate more effectively with our customers and that replaces, in the highest degree possible, this lack of personal interaction that is the main characteristic of our relationship with our customers.

Because of Covid-19, we had to close our dining area. This was a huge disappointment for us. It created uncertainty, and we were faced with conditions that we never encountered before. Customers that were coming to the restaurant 2-3 times a week, suddenly were not able to come. We had to develop a more effective take-out business from day one without jeopardizing quality. We had your support from day one and we stayed strong; thus, being able to maintain jobs and serve you in the same way as before. We developed protocols for the handling and delivery of your food, but we needed something more. As we mentioned earlier, we needed to develop a way to communicate with you more efficiently. Epilysis Web and Payment Solutions knew exactly what we needed. They helped us set up brand new Facebook and Instagram pages, and they helped us build a brand new website, for which we are very proud.

We wanted our customers to be able to browse our menu online, to be able to see real pictures of the plates we are serving, to be able to read testimonials, to be able to connect with our social media, even to be able to see any job openings! Our website is mobile, tablet and desktop friendly in order to offer to its guests a unique browsing experience. As a result, thousands of you have visited our website, have scrolled down the menu from there, and have even used the buttons to call us and place an order or just to say hi since its launch in June. Since then, the website, together with the social media pages, has helped us maintain a high level of communication regarding safety protocols and the use of masks, has helped us with a bigger accuracy of the orders placed, and above all has shown that we care about you and your changing needs during this difficult time.

To be honest with you, we didn’t believe that our online presence would have such a positive impact in strengthening even more our beautiful relationship, but it did and we are very happy. Nasos, Anna, and their team at Epilysis Solutions have a deep knowledge of the restaurant business and have guided us to the right path.
